Question BB 8100... cannot add personal email!

Please Login to Remove!

I am setting up my 8100 that I received today and I cannot get my personal email in. It is saying that I have already set it up; however, it won't take my PIN to resend my password. Does anyone have the same problem with their AT&T BB Pearl?

Where did you "receive" it from? If it is used, the previous user will need to release the PIN. If it is new, you need to get in line behind all the iPhone people, and get AT&T to straighten it out.

Default I received an email that I deleted... oops.

I did receive an email... I believe; however, I deleted it not thinking that it was important. Since this is a work phone for a BB on an Enterprise server, I am guessin I have to talk to my IT person, huh? Does AT&T have another way to view my BB email online?

Very good idea to talk to your IT person, yes. You failed to mention you were on a BES earlier.

No, you cannot view your BB email online any longer.
