1) I installed Blackberry Desktop Manager on my computer and I'm trying to upload songs/images on my blackberry however i dont see "media manager" anywhere. How do I upload songs on it???

2) I bought my pearl used off someone and he had a company IT policy installed on it. Because of this I cant change certain security settings. I wiped the blackberry but its still there... how can I get rid of this?

Thanks a ton.
