Hi I just did a complete wipe and now I dont have MediaNet icon. Where did it go? How do I get it back?

You will probably have to resend your service books from the AT&T BIS site.

What are service books and How do I do that?

I believe the services books dictate the different services you have available to your BlackBerry. They need to be resent since you wiped your device.

You can do it on AT&T's BIS site (BlackBerry Internet Service), or from the BlackBerry I believe. If you go to Options > Advanced Options > Host Routing Table, you can choose one and select Register Now. I believe that will resend them.
