How do I get business emails on both the Pearl and Outlook
:? I am having problems setting up business email with my Pearl.
I had to download the current software for my Pearl and now when I go to set up my email on the Pearl, it automatically wants to set up a personal account. Before I downloaded the new software, I had the choice of a business account or personal.
On the BlackBerry Desktop Manager I have the option of forwarding my emails to my Pearl. I do not want to do that. I want to have the Pearl and Outlook get both emails, if possible.
I even had my IT department look into it and they came here to find the problem.
Can anyone offer some guidance? I would really appreciate it! =)

First, you need to be on same page as those who will help you---You have two choices, BES (which is integration with your company server, allow OTA sync with Outlook) and BIS.
BIS will give you push email to a carrier provided email address as well as "internet email" with your other email accounts (Yahoo, Google, personal ISP, maybe company email but maybe not). With BIS you will sync with Outlook using desktop manager.
Which are you doing? Sounds like BIS, but I'm not sure. (If BES through your company, the IT people would guide you.)
Also remember that to have a BES account you have to have set that up when you set up service with ATT. You usually pay more for BES than BIS. Of course you IT dept must guide you if they have BES account.
