Default What comes with BB Pearl in the box?

Please Login to Remove!

Since I got my BB used, I was wondering what comes with the box when you buy it New, from T-Mobile or from direct RIM. besides manual and charger.

Thanks.

I don't know if it makes a difference on where one gets the phone, what part of the country, color, etc.

My friend last month got a Pearl through a third party vendor who was based in Arizona. The carrier was T-Mobile.

She got the whole works:

Black Pearl,

Battery,

Travel charger [where the male prongs fold],

USB cable,

Stereo earphones/microphone,

CD,

Quick start guide.

SIM card was on the credit card sized plastic, so she had to remove it for installation [my phone back in October 2006 had the SIM card inside the phone.]

No case for the phone.

I forgot all about the SIM, my package came with that too. I'm pretty sure the package comes standard and the only difference is the color depending on which Pearl you get.

Thanks guys,
SF, you mentioned Stereo earphones/microphone, where many people said before that BB didn't come with. How is it? I tried to use my Stereo earphones/microphone that came with T-Mo SDA it didn't work, it was Mono.
Where can I get a stereo headset for my BB?

Where can I get a stereo headset for my BB?

The stereo earphones that came with the Pearl last month [my friend's, from T-Mobile] were EXACTLY the same as those I bought from BlackBerry for almost $40, shipping included, back in October 2006. That's a drag in my book.

I know back when I got my Pearl in Sept and October 2006 they did NOT come with earphones. Later some members reported that theirs came with a mono single earphone/microphone.

So not sure why the June 2007 T-Mo Pearl came with the stereo earphones/microphone. But it came in the box, in a little plastic bag.

As I reported back when I got mine, they work OK in stereo, but not that good. All the features work though, like pushing the button on the microphone to answer the phone which cuts out the music.

Here they are:

I got mine in April 2007 from Letstalk.com. Cam with everything mentioned, including the headphones. They are ok, not great, but OK. I have the Seidio adpater so I can use my Bose headphones.

When i bought my cingular pearl in dec it came with mono headphones. When the white pearl came out for t-mo it came with and same with the red one from cingular. I think RIM made enough money from the first 6 months of sales to include stereo headphones with all new pearls (jk prob saw the demand for stereo headphones, or people complaining for them).
