Default Having problems conecting to PC

I just got my phone yesterday, and today I tried connecting it to the PC, but with no succes. It keeps telling me that it can´t find the device, and the phone tells me the the USB port charge is not enough...which I really don´t know what it means.

I have already instal and uninstal several times the Destok manager.

I also was following te instructions in the T-Mobile website, one this site: BlackBerry Internet E-mail (or Service) (BlackBerry® Pearl™ 8100™)
And for some reason , step 11 doesn´t pop up and I don´t get the option of USB-Pin.

Any help will be apreciated.

As a final note, I am using xp64, don´t know if that is the issue.

you need to install the bb OS or the driver so the pc can recognize it. you can find it on Tmo website or there are links on the forums.
