1) Every time I open up my browsel or Email Settings my BB crashes/hangs... has anyone experience this before? The only way to come out of this is by switching the phone off (only key that works) and turning it on again.

2) Has anyone had problems with snoozing/dismissing reminders and then syncing with outlook? Can someone explain to me how this syncing works b/c snoozing or dismissing on my BB doesn't seem to update my Outlook and vice versa.

1- Try pulling the battery on your BB and let it reboot. There is a difference in the way it resets the device.

2- You need to look at your Desktop Manager sync configuration setup. Make sure your calendar is set to sync both ways.
