I don't know how my camera set to 200+ contrast and now is too blur.. I can't not set back to 100+ if any one know please reply .. thank you

if you're talking about the "200+" in the lower left hand corner of the screen when you open the camera, that is the number of pictures that you can take and save with the current space available.

If you camera is blurry check the zoom. If that is not the cause it is most likely dirt or smudges on your lens cover. Remove the battery cover and clean it with a soft cloth.
