Hey guys...

i don't know if i'm going nuts or this is something new...

when i press the numeric keys.. i can hear the key tones... even though i turned it off in the options....

when i press other keys besides the numbers... there's no sound... is that the way it's supposed to be???

Thats the way mine is!
Plus i'm sure i've read other posts on hear about the same thing and everybody says thats the way its supposed to be.
Kinda weird though that it gives you the option to turn it off but yet it won't. hmmm?

Actually, the DTMF tones when dialing a phone number canNOT be silenced. They are there to stay today.

If you want to dial a phone number secretly, or one of those occasions when you should not be doing so--dial it first in notepad or an email and then click from the link there. Or dial from the address book.
