well you can use your dvds and blackberry video convertor to do what your asking. or anything else you have it can all be converted the same way. do a google search fro blackberry video converter and then use desktop manager to load it onto the device.

Have you tried other search terms such as "video"? There's also a sticky thread about video encoding.

A little thought is required for effective searching.

I used the instructions in that sticky and have a few "videos" on my BB that work great.

what i do is i use No. 1 DVD Ripper to convert the DVD to a video file (.avi)
then i use BlackBerry Video Converter (Check the stickies) to convert the video file to a format playable on the 8100.

Again, if you go to that sticky (and here's a link to the one for your device)...

http://www.blackberryforums.com/gene...ng-8100-a.html

... it tells you how to create videos from DVDs (like you asked in your opening post: "can i put in a DVD and drag it to super and put it on my pearl? im lost!") and get them on your BB. That's what the sticky discussion is about, more specifically about mencoder and super. At length. 12 pages worth (to date).

Is your second post asking where to download videos from that have already been encoded for BB? Or videos that you can encode yourself and then upload to the BB? I think that if you read the sticky (front to back) you'll more fully understand the whole process and you will have answered your own question. If not, I suggest posting on an already existing thread - there's a few out there about downloading videos that aren't about converting them to play on your BB.

You can check out www.tinytube.com if you have a Data plan if not it could be costly. Vids on there are all downloaded OTA over the air. No converting no wait. Enjoy.
