Default Time zone problems

Please Login to Remove!

I have a cusotmer that when they travel over time zones (and date/time source set to Blackberry) the time won't auto update itself. Solution?

The blackberry does not auto change time zone. It is done manually by the user.

dgray8, FYI for you and your user, this has been discussed inside out. There is some good info spread out: the why and the wherefore; how people deal with it differently; etc
