Unhappy Help Please - Profile / notification not working

Please Login to Remove!

HELP Everything was great then suddenly the audible notification for email stopped working. I have triple checked all the profiles and tested them all and no luck - I can not get a sound or red indicator for new mail. SMS is working fine. I've tried having the SMS and email boxes together and separate - no difference. Have removed battery.

Advice please.

Have you tried...

In messages

Menu>Options>General Options

Is Display New Message Indiciator set to yes?

Are you sure the profile you checked is the one currently selected? Your not on Phone only right?
