Not sure if this has been mentioned before but oh well. I found a new little (though probably useless) shortcut by accident. Its a time stamp when in any text/msg field. Just type in the letters "lt" and when you space over to type the next word the lt changes to the exact time stamp down to the second.

thats autotext go to options=>autotext and see/add more
