Default Won't Dial Numbers

Please Login to Remove!

Well - I guess I've fallen on my brain. I am now unable to dial any numbers on my 8100. Instead all I get is letters. On the top right of the screen I see an indicator that says NUM, and when I push the alt Key it says CAP -- but irregardless of what I touch I can't get numbers to work. I've tried hte knowledge base and the manual - I think I might have some kind of defect here.

Can anyone help?

thanks -- dave

No, just tap the Num key again, and it will release back to normal. At least it should.

If not, pull the battery and reboot the BB.

Thanks - there was some kind of software glitch in the system - but the battery pull worked.
