Default Pearl 8100 stops responding

Please Login to Remove!

When I click the help icon (big yellow question mark) my Pearl stops responding, simply locks up. I have to shut down and start again. Everything else seems to work fine. I have only had it about a week.

Anyone got any ideas as to what is wrong? Thanks

You might try uninstalling the Help module via Desktop Manager and then reinstall it. I don't even have the Help module installed on my BlackBerry 8700g. Trying to save as much space as possible.
