Default vendor.alx missing

Please Login to Remove!

trying to install a new blackberry.alx file to unlock all themes.
have downloaded the file, placed the file onto the right location:
(C:\Program Files\Common Files\Research In Motion\Shared\Loader Files\8100-v4.2.1.103_P2.3.0.82) as i have the latest os...
just that it doesn't install it...

therefore i must remove the vendor file and try again.
but...the vendor file is not here:
(C:\Program Files\Common Files\Research In Motion\AppLoader)

have searched the whole c drive...nothing.
any idea?
regards,

Where did you put the Blackberry.alx file? Did you find the old one and replace it with the new one? Once that's done, simply connect the device back and run Application Loader. You will see that "core applications" needs updated.
