Can anyone please tell me if its something i did wrong. Clicked something accidentally or whatever. When i answer the phone, or make a call for that matter, i cannot hear the person unless i turned on the speaker phone. Thanks in advance.

Try doing a battery pull and see if it corrects the issue.

Tried it, nothing happened. It still won't work. I never noticed this before but is there a little icon next to the volume bar on anyone else's phone?

That icon just represents the speaker. If you phone is still under warranty then take it back ASAP. It really sounds like a hardware failure, I have seen a few on the ear peice. Unless someone else has an idea I think that's it.

Sorry and good luck!

I've read in a few places where people have this issue.

There is actually another post going on right now with the issue and somebody said they took their phone apart and the speaker connection was a little loose and they were able to get it working.

I've heard this a few times so if it IS NOT still under warranty you could try looking at the pictures on how to take it apart.

If it is still under warranty then get a new one.
