The spacebar on my first one squeaked like a old house floor when I hit it. It drew a lot of attention to me typing while in a meeting. New one seems to be fine so far.

I have that issue... but I also abuse my phones and it doesn't bother me that much. You get over it ^^

I would get over for personal use......but in a meeting where it's quiet and all people around me hear is squeak, squeak....not good.

Did you buy another one? Or get a replacement phone sent to you through tmo equipment protection?

it squeaks or starts squeaking depending on how you press it. mine squeaks if i push it the wrong way. it doesn't squeak at all once i got used to pushing it with an 'up' motion instead of a 'down' motion... i don't know if i make sense. it only squeaks when the bottom of the spacebar is being forced against the frame? i really don't know if i'm helping.
