Default Missing Browser

Please Login to Remove!
Customer has BB pearl with ATT and was using DM and syncing he has lost browsers. I have tried Resending service books as well as deleting the old ones. battery pull and reset.

any other suggestions

After reboot following message appears:
Uncaught Exception:
Application Registry.wait for (0xac3ae76427d17f19)timeout

thats what I was thinking I have sent customer home with BBF url told him to perhaps try to update OS on pearl as he is using an older version

Yes, there were some issues with that happening. Have them upgrade the OS.

yes, upgrade the os, i had the same exact problem, i upgraded the os, and now they're back.
