I've been reading thru the forums for awhile now and i havent been able to find a answer to this.

i've setup my gmail account thru my phone. but yet everytime i send an email
i get a copy of that email. and the reply i sent.

anyone know how to fix this.

and would it be from not setting up the BIS?

also setting up a blackberry email account.. thats free? (this is my 1st bb just wondering).

also the instant messengers included with the phone. do those use data or sms.

I am still puzzled as to how you are receiving duplicate emails if you have not set-up BIS. Are you using BES or Redirector?

um no.

i had a razr previously.
and already had setup a my.tmobile account.
then all i did was call CS and ask them to add on the blackberry unlimited plan for 19.99. and they did.
