Default changing os

Please Login to Remove!

I can't seem to find any help with putting a cingular os on my tmobile bb pearl. I have downloaded the cingular update, I have deleted the vendor.xml file. When I start the dm and open apploader, the cingular update isn't listed and I can't open it. Does anybody know what I am doing wrong. Any help would be appreciated.

Is the cingular OS a higher version number (I don't recall) that you have with the TMo version now? Make sure you delete the TMo version if you have it on your PC, leaving the Cingy version, and try again.

I deleted the tmo file from the shared/loader file. Is that the only place the tmo os lives?

I believe so. You should be set to go.

You need to run the uninstaller in control panel >Add/Remove programs. Never just delete folders/files. You may want to reinstall that OS that you deleted, then uninstall it properly.
