Default another question about quieting the dialing of numbers

Please Login to Remove!
is there anyway to silence the keys when you dial?...even on quiet mode i still hear the numbers when i dial a number...i hope this makes sense!

Go into Settings -> Options -> Screen/Keyboard and set the Key Tone to 'Off'.

it is off...but i still hear it....not sure what the deal is...

That won't silence the dialing of phone numbers, though. At this time there is no way to silence those numbers.

Guess I never noticed the sound. Key Tone must be for regular typing then. Sorry for the mis info.

thats a good question i was actually thinking the same thing. sometimes it's really quiet somewhere and you dont want the key tones. but oh well.
