Default new (??) way to highlight multiple messages

Please Login to Remove!

I just ran accross something on my 8100 by accident.

I knew of two ways to delete multiple messages, highlighting the date and selecting delete previous, this will not (by design?) sync with the server no matter if it's BIS or BES, which is a nice feature to do BB cleanup

the other method was holding the shift while scrolling, obviously a two handed procedure, the other day I accidentally found a 3rd way which is very useful:

on the message list (probably in any text edit field as well)
Press the shift(#), release

press the (green) Phone button twice, you did it right if you get dropped to the recent call list list but caps lock is… locked…

now you can go back to the message list and can multihighlight the message list without holding shift, can still read messages by hitting the pearl

Double tap # to get out of caps lock

It's new to me, thanks for listening.
