Default Blackberry not receiving attachments

I have an 8100 on Internet Mail.
I have a company email account that has a server side forwarding rule set up so that all email to my company email address forwards to my 8100.

I am having trouble receiving attachments.

If my assistant sends me mail from her Outlook to my company email address, with an attachment, I dont get the attachment showing up. If she sends the email directly to the handset, bypassing my company email account, the attachment shows up.

I have spoken to my email provider and they did various test messages with various attachments, and they all showed up when sending to either my company email, or directly to my handset.

If I email myself from Outlook with an attachment, the attachment does not show up if I send it to my company email address, but does if I send it directly to my handset address.

I can also send mail from my company account via outlook web access, and the attachment shows up without a problem.

I have checked both machines here in the office, and there are no rules set up at all.

I have also checked for any rules on my Blackberry account, and there are not any.

Please can anyone help?

This is an issue you need to take up with your company's Exchange Administrators.
