Well first post and its a tough one. For those of you who actually have tried to download a ring tone from the AT&T site, did you all have problems. I have tried multiple times and I still keep coming up with bunk. I keep getting errors even though I have plenty of room on my phone. Is it because my pearl isn't compatible with the type of audio files they use?

try an alternative site, like www.tuneusin.com, and see if you have better luck.

I had the same problem and I was informed I didn't have the latest OS.
