I wonder if anyone else has tried this ?

I really need this function, so I can backup useful info in both chinese and english.

I am trying to export MemoPad entries that contain English Characters and Simplified Chinese Characters, I get the below error when trying to export from the BB 8100 to the desktop using the desktop 4.2.2 synch software. The ????? below are where the chinese characters should be.
Any ideas how to fix this. I have installed the MS IME for Simplified Chinese + installed Chinese codepages.
