Dear Friends,

For some weeks now, sometimes when I get a phone call the whole keyboard seems to be blocked and I can't do anything except for hanging the phone. After that the keyboard keeps blocked and I only get to unlock it when I press the top button to silence the phone. I end up having to hang up and return most calls.

This doesn't happen all the time but on, let's say, 50% of the incoming calls. I have no problem at all making phone calls.

My latest firmware is 4.2.0.67

Could someone help me on this? I have tried the search engine but nothing comes up.
