today when i woke up my blackberry wass suppose to be fully charged cause i left it on charge the whole night and wen i look at it ...its half way only i tried chargin with my pc then but then i noticed the usb port charging thing was a lil messed....i called up rogers n they said i would hav to pay 150 to get it replaced for it be physical damage....is there any other way i went to some shops for repair they said more then 177$$ i already spent like 300$$ with deal m soo depressed since the mornin

This sort of thing is typically covered under the Manufacturers Warranty.
It's not physical damage, it's normal wear and tear.

I've never had a problem receiving a warranty exchange with this issue.

If they won't replace it then you are better off purchasing a used one in our BST forum or on eBay.

Seems like Rogers doesnt do anything for their customers.

I have more then a few choice words for Rogers. The only thing they do for their customers is treat them like dirt.

Unfortunately they are the only GSM carrier in Canada so they get away with it.
