Help me please i have a 8100 pearl and a nokia car kit in my car but when i search for devices on the pearl it does not find the car kit and when i search for a device on the car kit it finds the pearl but will not connect to it . Help me please

Make sure both devices are "Discoverable".
On the BB this is done by Menu -> Settings -> Bluetooth -> Menu -> Options -> Discoverable: "Yes".

I can't speak for the Nokia Car Kit. But make sure the Pearl is compatible with it. Check Nokia's website or refer to your User Guide.
But make sure the car kit is in "pair" mode, as you would do with a headset.
