My phone was working well this morning but when i turned it off to restart it I turned it back on and my keyboard did not work. Now my phone sits next to me and alternates between having the red indicator light and a flashing white screen blink on and off. Does anyone know what could have happened and if T-Mobile will fix this?

Try pulling the battery out of the device (while still on) for about 30-60 seconds, then reinsert.

If it is under warrantly, TMo will send it off to RIM for repair.

I would recommend 1) Pulling the battery for a a minute and replacing, see if it boots up to good. If not,
