Default Mp3 continuous play??

Please Login to Remove!

okay so i use my pearl as an mp3 player more than an actual phone. Now the thing is, is there any way i can set my mp3s to continuous play that way everytime a song ends i dont have to go back and select a song. I know that ipods have this feature and im curious is there anything i can do/get to et my blackberry to do the same??

Menu -> Media -> Music -> open the folder with your songs in it, hit Menu again and select "Play All" or "Play Folder".

Then when the media application opens you can hit Menu once again and hit Show Playlist.

Then you can select songs, without hitting back, or just let continuous play occur.

Mmm.. I typically play MP3s on my phone 1-2 hours a day. I use it as my MP3 player instead of carrying around 2 devices.

It's significant, there's no doubt.

But depending on your phone usage too..
Using it for an hour or two a day really doesn't kill it that much.
25-33% from what I've seen.

A lot of times even less.

I listen to audio books (MP3 format) for most of my workday, recharging at night. I find I get a lot of life out of the battery. I've been listening for about 6 hours today and I'm at 75% battery life.

Interesting.. I think it's probably my continuous activity on my phone then.

It's always different for different people.. we all can't do the same amount of use on the phone as everyone else

I get about 50 emails a day, and SMS around 3-500x per day,
plus web browse for a good solid 2+ hours a day,
while listening to MP3s same amount.

So.. that could have something to do with it.

I noticed excellent battery life when playing MP3s but I was also helped by this thread so I expect even more battery life out of the BB by not having to turn on the screen to select a new song every time.
