Default Setup Email Question

Please Login to Remove!

Hello. I'm new to the blackberry devices.

Today I bought a pearl and I'm trying to set up my email.
It tells me to look at internet setup or something like that, and i can't find it on my phone.

anyone else have this problem?

Do you have a Blackberry Data Plan? If so, there should be an icon that says "setup internet email."

if you don't have the icon then either you don't have a BB data plan or it hasn't been fully provisioned yet.

If you've signed up for the data plan try this:

Go to Options >Advanced Options >Host Routing Table >push menu key and select "Register Now." That may push down the browser and setup internet email icons.

mt, look for the email setup icon or folder. If you don't see it on your BB, go to the BIS website for TMo, and sign-in there:

Good luck.
