Searched for a prior mention but came up empty---what's the direct number for the Tmo blackberry tech support desk?

Why do you need a direct number for that department, when you can dial the published support # for TMo and say "BlackBerry" at the prompt?

Thanks for the tip; didn't know voice prompts were available. I just remembered last time I had to activate the international email, the person transferred me over to the BB specific desk and the person was very knowledgeable with BB's.

I "think" this was the number I had....not sure, so don't flame me. It's been a couple months and had to back thru my notes:

This was the number given to me by Tmo when I had a problem. I was on the phone with an actual RIM tech support guy. (to the best of my knowledge)
