|  Pick up a call problem

I want to know if other people experience the same problem and how they solved it.
when someone give me a call i pick up the phone and start telling my name but all they hear are the last few letters from my last name because it takes about 4 or 5 seconds after i picked up before they can hear me.
This problem enoys me so much because all the time I have to repeat my first sentence because people can hear anything the first few seconds...
Someone else having the same problem and if so could anyone solve the problem?
I having OS version V4.2.0.5.1
