when i try to make a call it says "call fail" so i have to turn the wireless off then on again then i can make a call. but this does not last long pretty much everytime i need to use the phone i have to do this. and i can't receive call either because of this problem. any ideas????

have you tried a batt pull? also what OS are you running? have you tried taking out the SIM and re-adjusting it to make sure all the contacts are on the connectors?
