You'll need to install Desktop Manager to your computer. Download it from here.

Download and install the OS package for your BB from your carrier's website. You can find the list of carriers here.

Once both are installed, plug in the BB and simply open Desktop Manager and run Application Loader. You will see checkboxes for all the apps. Check the apps/languages you want. Finish the application loader and they will be installed to the BB.

Good luck.

Yea you should be able to use your desktop manager to install the languages again. If not you can always do a hard reset of your phone.

A hard reset will leave the BB with no OS. Then you have to do what I posted above anyway. If you mean removing the battery, that's not enough.
