Well i just got another pearl because the last one they sent me did the same thing and this is really making me mad. When people call it shuts off and so on. Is this happening to anyone else and if so what should i do to fix the problem.

I agree with the SGT. Maybe your battery cant handle the power it requires when a phone call comes in. Even though it says full and so on.

so far it works but now my sounds arent working such as ringtones
