Default Direct load (PC) to SIM Card Address book?

Please Login to Remove!

Hi,

My company has my BB on BES so I cannot use Desktop Manager to load all my personal contacts (they're in an Outlook PST file) to the address book on my phone-- Intellisync says it cannot sync with local files (Outlook .PST files) without breaking the BES connection.

Is there any way (are there utilities or applications) to directly manage and load the address book on the SIM card (that would be my "master list" of personal contacts) so I can then move them to the BB Address book?

GR

No, the sim card will only hold one phone number per name. I use it only as a backup for some of my contacts in case I have to suddenly switch phones, at least I'll have something.

You should be able to turn wireless sync off in the contact options, sync with an outlook profile and then turn wireless sync back on.

The other way would be to import your personal contacts from Outlook into your work Outlook profile. Whether or not your employer allows that is anothe story.
