Angry WINXP profiles lost

Please Login to Remove!

Hi All,
We just started with new 8100 units and installed the software on a couple of computers.
Over the weekend we truned the computers off and when starting this morning, I get an error stating my roaming and local profiles cannot be found.
HELP URGENTLY required.
I can't even open outlook to receive emails

Regards
Steve

That doesnt sound like a problem that would be caused by the Desktop Manager. I would look else where as to potential problems.

What else changed on the PCs since they rebooted last time? Was any other new software install or security patches applied?

I actually un-installed the Desktop manager and it has come back to life.
I think it has got something to do with the network and possibly the fact that we haven't got our network license running as yet.

Our tech support folks will fix this any way.

Thanks for taking the time to respond
