just got a pearl yesterday. i took the micro sd out of my old phone and stuck it in my pearl. the phone reconizes the card but when i go to music nothing is there, whats going on ?

sorr but you are going to have to format the card on the pearl, go to options> advance> media card> menu button> format... but when you do this you will lose all your data on that card... so maybe back it up on the comp first
