My friend has the Curve and is able to make folders to hide different icons. She uses the BB Dimension Today theme and that is the same one that I am using on my pearl. Does anyone know of any way to make folders for the Pearl?? Any help would be awesome!!! Thanks!!!

Sorry, 4.2.1 OS's don't support that feature, maybe 4.2.2 or later versions might.
