Default Unread email indicator won't go away

I don't have any unread messages... it's driving me nuts (yes, I did a couple of searches first!)

I'm using BIS on t-mobile... have an outlook web mailbox and my bb.net emailbox. Nothing unread in saved messages or any other folder.

I'm also running .107, if that matters (why do I have a feeling...)

Thanks.

Do you have any saved messages? If not then I am guessing that a battery pull will resolve your issue.

Hope that helps!

you could also try...

go into your mailbox on your bb
highlight today's date (not a message) and hit the bb button
near the top select "mark prior opened"

maybe that will fix

It was 2 missed calls. I had hid the messages folder after splitting my emailboxes and sms, and that's where the missed call 'messages' are kept. Once I hid the messages folder, there was no place to find the missed call messages. Thanks for the help!

You can turn off the missed call indicators in Phone >Options >Call Logging....set it to none. Then you can hide your messages folder again.
