Default 8100 connect DM now no browsers

Please Login to Remove!
Customer connected to desktop manager and now has lost Browsers. I know this has been discussed but I cant seem to find it help please

have tried reloading OS to newer updated but computer security setting wont allow her. admits her lapytop has issues

I have several times. She needs to do a clean uninstall of DM I think then reload!!! but she is technically challeneged Im gonna have her bring in her laptop and help her out. ( she is very cute) an advantage for her!
