Hey everyone
new to BB and this site.. One thing that bothers me is that sometimes when I take the BB out of my holster and press a key they keyboard will light up but not the screen. the phone works if I try to get voice mail but the screen is black/blank. I have to wait til the keyboard light turns off and try again and thats annoying and takes a minute or two. Any suggestions.

How old is it? Within warranty?

It honestly does not sound good.
