Default Question about software update

Please Login to Remove!

I followed the directions to update my device but nothing of mine is showing up, not even my address book. Why is this? I did a backup of my old system. Should I restore that? Why arent any of my applications showing up on the new operating system?

Once you udpate your device, if the information did not come back over, you will need to restore it from a backup. And I believe you will need to reinstall your third-party apps.

In upgrading the OS, your databases and third-party applications should be reinstalled at the end of the upgrade. I did the same last week, and all went smooth.

Sounds as though the option to restore may have not been selected.
