Can you send pics using threw text messaging? If so i need some help.

I don't believe you can; it is just for text. You can use MMS messaging for pictures.

SMS = Short Message Service. AKA Text. This is always how it's been referred to on any phone or device.

MMS = Multimedia Messaging Service. Aka the ability to send, deliver, and receive any sort of graphics, images, sound, or video files.

Menu -> Messages -> Menu -> Compose MMS.
