Default SMS Text Delay Sending

I was wondering if you can set an SMS message to be sent at a certain time.

For instance, I want to send an SMS to a coworker to remind him to bring something in that day.

Can that be done.

Not as an SMS, You could send him an appointment - assuming he has a blackberry aswell- as a reminder.
