Default Bluetooth Headset and Voice Dialling - 09-16-2007, 03:37 AM

I am new to the 8100 and experimented with using voice mail recently, however, have decided not to use it currently. My problem is that when I connect to my bluetooth headset and try to disconnect from a call by pushing the answer button on my headset, I am connected to my voicemail and prompted to state my contact name or number. I would prefer at this stage not to use voicemail at all. Can I disable the function?, if not, can I at least not have it operate with my headset?

Thanks, Goody

On my headset voice dial is activated by pressing AND holding the button for 1 second, to end a call it is a QUICK press and release. You might be pressing holding in the button to long, try a quick press to end call.

Voice Dial can be disabled in Options menu.
