Default Keyboard Password Lock and Phone Wipe

Please Login to Remove!

I like using the password protection to autolock my phone.

The one thing I don't like is giving someone the ability to wipe all my data off the phone if they find it.

I know that this is seen as a security measure, but since I don't use my phone for business I would like to be able to turn the feature off.

I instead put a landline number and an email on the owner page, so that a potential good citizen could still contact me if I lose the phone, without wiping it or reading my email.

And in the event of a forgotten password you should have to use Desktop or something similiar to clear the phone.

Any agree with me or know how you can kill this "feature"?

Nope. That feature can't be disabled. I also added "Reward if found" to my owner page.
