Will Holux M-1200 GPS receiver and BB Pearl work to provide nav in Europe on T-Mobile networks? I'm planning a trip to Hungary, the Czech Republic and Germany and would like to have the ability to know where I am while moving around cities.

Any GPS receiver should work anywhere in the world as it is a worldwide system. A map application may not have maps for the region you wish to use it in. You should check the map coverage in the various applications to see what works for you.
